Park City, UT · Producer
Two consecutive years producing Chase Sapphire Reserve's flagship activation at the Sundance Film Festival: a multi-room cardmember property blending ski-lodge warmth with polished brand hospitality. Spaces included a birch-lined entrance, curated lounge areas with vintage ski photography and fireside styling, a press/media stage hosting a Los Angeles Times partnership panel, an outdoor fire-pit lounge, and a dedicated Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business space.
Owned logistics, fabrication oversight, and budget management as part of the production leadership team both years. The 2026 build scaled up meaningfully from 2025 — $700K to $750K budget, 15 to 20-person team — reflecting the client's expanded scope for a repeat engagement, a strong signal of trust built through the first year's execution.
