Full production lead on the launch event for the Marriott Bonvoy Bold® credit card, a rooftop pool activation for executives and VIP guests featuring a fully realized "Dream Bold" sky-and-clouds concept — custom bar cart, branded disposable camera favors, door-hanger signage wall, and a poolside lounge environment, capped with musical entertainment and open bar.
Owned production end-to-end: creative execution of the brand concept across every guest touchpoint, vendor and decor sourcing, and on-site event operations. Delivered a $300K activation with a 4-person core team plus fabricator over a 5-week timeline.
